This product is a fluororesin-made dust collection container for gas monitoring. It is suitable for collecting dust in cleanroom environment evaluation and testing during semiconductor production processes, thereby enabling gas monitoring.

The PFA impinger, also known as an impact dust collector, purge bottle, or buffer bottle, is capable of capturing air pollutants in liquid media.

Unlike glass impingers, the PFA impinger is sturdy, less prone to damage, and due to PFA material's inherent structure and excellent chemical inertness, it can be applied to almost all compounds.

● The interface at the top of the 60 mL collection container has a pipeline that connects to the bottom of the container.

● Vertical interface allows for continuous sample collection.

● Ultem (polyetherimide) sealing lid does not come into contact with the fluid.

● Suitable for gas monitoring. The inert nature of fluororesin prevents gas deterioration or loss on the container surface.
